Anthony Gabriel Carreño is the youngest son of Mexican immigrants. He is from Chicago, Illinois. Currently a Senior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he is pursuing degrees in International Studies with a focus in Global Security and Russian with a focus in Language & Civilization alongside two minors: Global Health and Chicano/Latino Studies. In the future, Anthony hopes to attend a prestigious university for graduate school, where he will receive a dual degree in Public Policy & Public Health. Anthony hopes to be a voice for disempowered communities and an educator for people and to close the gaps of inequalities for all people in the U.S.
